Role Overview:
Key responsibilities
- Project and delivery management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, managing scope, resources, and dependencies.
- Team leadership: Lead and support delivery teams, often using agile methodologies like Scrum, to ensure they are productive and unblocked.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners, providing clear and regular updates.
- Risk and issue resolution: Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks and cross-functional issues to ensure smooth delivery and a seamless handover to operations.
- Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement by optimizing delivery processes and promoting a culture of efficiency and quality.
- Financial management: Accurately estimate, manage, and report on project finances, ensuring adherence to budget .
