Your missionAs a Product Owner at myneva for the Belgian market, you will play a key role in shaping our successful market entry. You will be responsible for understanding local needs, gathering and structuring business requirements, and managing our product delivery. Acting as a bridge between business, product development, and our Belgian customers, you will translate market insights into actionable product development steps and ensure that our software solutions meet the expectations of users and regulatory authorities alike.
Your tasks
- Develop and refine a clear product vision and roadmap for the Belgian market, focusing on customer value, regulatory fit, and sustainable growth.
- Translate business and user requirements into well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile product development.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with development, customer success, and implementation teams.
- Lead discovery and delivery phases for the first lighthouse customers, ensuring successful implementation and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Service, Marketing, Sales) to align product development with market and organizational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in Belgium, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Your profile- Degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in agile product management or project management, ideally within SaaS or software-based service environments.
- Proven ability to manage discovery, backlog, delivery, and stakeholder alignment in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Structured, proactive working style and high commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Understanding of the Belgian Social Care market, including local regulations, customer expectations, and working culture.
- Experience in the social care, elderly care, or welfare sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong language skills in English (C1+) as well as Dutch (mandatory).
