The firm delivers infrastructure and consulting across crypto payments, Web3 integrations, trading platforms, and hedge fund reporting. The Role The Web3 Partnerships & Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing partnerships with Web3 projects, payment providers, exchanges, and infrastructure platforms. The role focuses on dealflow, partner relationship management, and commercial execution – not on software development or coding. Responsibilities Identify and prioritise Web3 and crypto partners (payment providers, wallets, exchanges, infrastructure, protocols) Drive outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and structure partnership proposals Negotiate commercial terms with partners in coordination with leadership Coordinate with product and technology teams on scoping and delivery of partner integrations Maintain a clear pipeline, forecasts, and reporting on partnership performance Represent Must Finance at conferences, online events, and ecosystem communities when required Requirements 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto/Web3 Hands‑on experience working with Web3 / crypto clients or partners (wallets, exchanges, payment providers, protocols, or infra) Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus Comfortable running a structured pipeline and working with basic CRM / tracking tools Crypto‑нативность: личный опыт использования кошельков и крипто‑продуктов обязателен Based in Hong Kong and legally authorised to work there No coding experience required Compensation Base Salary: $90,000–$140,000 annually (USD, depending on experience) Token Allocation: not applicable Legacy: performance‑based bonus
