We are looking for a Project Planner to join our team
As part of our Project Management department, you'll work closely with execution teams (Project Managers, Engineering, Commissioning, Integration Management) and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Your mission :

​ Centralize and consolidate project schedules into one clear resource plan

​ Coordinate with departments to gather data and resolve scheduling conflicts

​ Monitor project progress, risks, and adjust plans when necessary

​ Provide regular updates and reports to management

​ Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and lead times

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience as a Scheduler or in a similar planning role
Knowledge of intralogistics projects (a plus)
Fluent in Dutch & English (other languages are a bonus)
Strong skills in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
