Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production environments


• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring


• Collaborate with data scientists to translate models into robust, production-ready solutions


• Optimize model performance, latency, and reliability at scale


• Implement automated testing, validation, and monitoring for ML systems


• Integrate machine learning solutions with APIs, applications, and data platforms


• Ensure reproducibility, versioning, and traceability of models and data


• Contribute to ML engineering standards, best practices, and the company’s data & AI strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or a related role


• Strong proficiency in Python, with solid software engineering practices


• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn


• Experience building data and ML pipelines (batch and/or real-time)


• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets


• Familiarity with MLOps concepts (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, retraining)


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)


• Comfortable working with Git and collaborative development workflows


• Ability to explain technical trade-offs and system design decisions to non-technical stakeholders


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to quality and scalability


• Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English


• A passion for building reliable, production-grade machine learning systems
