The perfect candidate will possess a technical background in building and/or infrastructure, a strong enthusiasm for consultative selling, and the capability to interact effectively with C-level executives. You will
Research, identify and create business opportunities within new accounts.
Identify, develop new business, focusing on the buiding and/or infrastructure sector.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Apply an Outcome Based Selling approach to understand client's specific needs and provide solutions aligned with their objectives.
Conduct engaging sales discussions and presentations, effectively positioning our products or services as an answer to the needs.
Promote systematically Arkance's Global IP and high value-added services.
Close deals and negotiate contracts with new clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Collaborate effectively within the Sales organization and with cross-functional teams to provide appropriate solutions to new customers.
Put into practice the processes, tools and practices provided by the Sales Enablement Director, to enhance results, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
CRM management: Maintaining a database of clients . Keeping detailed records of clients and their interactions with the company and used accurately
Forecasting reporting: Provide accurate sales forecast and regular performance reports to leadership team, Documenting client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant tasks.
Implement the strategy designed to grow, follow plans and achieve established targets. Deliver KPIs, growth targets and strategic initiatives.
