360 Continuous Development Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing reports, KPIs, market analyses, and tracking ongoing projects within the organization. You will work closely with colleagues in the 360 department and other teams to identify action points, create action plans and processes, and analyze strategic initiatives.This line of business is planned to grow rapidly in the following 5 years so it is great time to join our journey and grow together!

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Action Planning:

• Analyse sales performance results and progress
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure continuous improvement in pricing data, processes, and tracking
• Identify and support improvement areas and growth opportunities
• Create, manage, and maintain action plans and operational processes
• Develop market analyses aligned with company-wide objectives.

Implementation & Monitoring:

• Monitor the execution of action plans within set deadlines
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration
• Support improvements in the supply chain
• Execute actions yourself when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales analysis
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills plus communicative French
• Experience with managing projects and process improvements
• Solid statistical background with the ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills, persuasive at various organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and in a result-oriented manner
• A true team player
• Experience in the automotive and/or rental industry is welcome.
