Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategy Manager located in Hong Kong SAR. The Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable business insights. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities, designing effective strategies for organizational growth, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The role also involves implementing best practices and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement and strategy presentation.
Solid knowledge of Finance and financial principles, with the ability to apply them in strategic planning and analysis.
Experience in Management Consulting or Consulting, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Leadership abilities and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business results effectively.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the private equity or financial services industry is an advantage.
