Microsoft 365 System Engineer – Interior Design and Construction Industry Our client, an international organisation within the Interior Design and Construction Industry, is seeking a Microsoft 365 System Engineer to join their global IT function. This role focuses on the optimisation, security, and integration of Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environments across a multi-site international footprint. Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive within a complex production environment. Support and integrate hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless connectivity between Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure. Provide Tier 3 technical support and serve as an escalation point within the IT function. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft 365 System Engineering or similar enterprise infrastructure role. Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) in a production environment. Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities for automation and systems administration. Solid experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or Ivanti. Exposure to virtualisation technologies (e.g., Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written) is essential. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a structured, collaborative, and high-performance IT environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
