Are you a lab technologist who enjoys both the analytical side of the lab and the technical challenge of working with instruments? In this hybrid role, you combine hands-on troubleshooting at customer sites with application support in the lab. You will build expertise in automated analysers and help clinical laboratories deliver fast and reliable results for patients.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.
Run samples and quality controls on newly installed or upgraded instruments
Support method and instrument validation through test runs and documentation
Guide laboratory teams during go live and answer first line user questions
Train users in daily operations routine maintenance and good practice
Collaborate closely with field service engineers application specialists and service coordination
Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology or a closely related field
~Fluent in Dutch with good command of English
