Position Overview We are seeking a highly proactive individual to serve as the Key Link between our IT Project Teams (Project Managers) and Senior Management. You will actively monitor portfolio health, flag systemic issues, and synthesize data into actionable reports for executives. You will also ensure strategic alignment with the teams. This role requires analytical thinking and the ability to drive standards. Key Responsibilities Your focus is on smooth flow, quick reporting, and problem-solving: I. Reporting & Governance Centralize Information: Act as the PMO focal point for all IT Project Managers; ensure data accuracy regarding project progress and resource needs. Executive Dashboarding: Analyze technical details and organize them into structured status reports and dashboards for Senior Management decision-making. Align Priorities: Ensure Management's strategic priorities are effectively communicated and adhered to by all relevant IT teams. II. Monitoring & Process Improvement Track Health & Risks: Closely audit project milestones, and proactively identify and escalate potential risks to IT Management before they impact delivery. Optimize Processes: Continuously review workflows to standardize and streamline our project reporting and documentation lifecycle. Quality Assurance (QA): Audit and validate project artifacts (reports/documents) to ensure they meet PMO standards before executive review. Skills & Experience Experience: At least 3 years working closely with management or in a project coordination/support role, preferably in an IT or technology environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Core Abilities: You must be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to enforce timelines and standards. Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Cantonese is essential. Tools: Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Excel/PowerPoint is highly preferred.
