Job Description
As a Freelance Head of Customer Service your responsibilities are:
Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve operational goals.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for training and development within the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Freelance Head of Customer Service should have:
Proven experience in Customer Service Management
Strong people management skills (international team management)
Experience in export environments with complex customs regulations
English mandatory (international / English-speaking team) - Spanish is a plus
Structured, diplomatic profile able to manage sensitive situations
