Your mission

The client is transforming towards our state-of-the-art 2.0 platform and ERP plays a crucial role in this journey!

At the moment we have around 40 different ERP-system and the goal is to move all affiliates to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a long journey that won’t happen overnight.

We are therefore looking to onboard a D365 Finance Expert in Finance & Operations modules to join our Commercial Off the Shelf team.

Other responsibilities are:

• Analyze existing systems and business models
• Recommend resolutions and improvements
• Provide consolidate findings on components or processes
• Ensure security by design
• Shape documentation
• Provide advanced, component technical support
• Resolve issues prior to and following testing

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• You have minimum 5 years of experience as Functional Expert on D365 Finance & Operations Modules
• Knowledge and experience implementing those models
• You are hands-on with a ‘can do attitude’
• You are proactive, adaptive and thinking in terms of solutions
• You are flexible and paying attention to details
• You are structured.
• You are credible and reliable & can influence and convince the organization with an in-depth argumentation and demonstration.
• You are a dynamic team player.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.

GOT to have 3/5 of MS Dynamics 365, MUST have worked on a few implementations.

Stakeholder Management.

Influence:

1. Support Current organization, Belgium HQ, Pakistan, Kenay, Philippines and Nigeria.
2. Build templates – continuously improve update templates.
3. 3) coordinate external partners, they have 100 and they have done 6 only so far, lots to do!!
