What position will you have?

As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting month‑end activities.

What will you actually do?

Your key responsibilities will include:

Billing

• Own the end-to-end billing process and ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement of the same.
• Raise credits / debits for regular and exceptional payments (Ex. Customers with special or additional rebates) according to the applicable procedures.
• Manage customer account set-up and maintenance, according to company processes.
• Ensure timely closing activities on a monthly basis.
• Process regular and closing inter-company invoices.
• Provide assistance on pricing & invoicing using contract as reference.
• Continuously work to streamline and automate the billing process.

Credit risk

• Daily follow-up on overdue receivables.
• Daily follow-up and book cash collections.
• Assist the Supervisor Accounting on credit risk related activities.

Other accounting activities

• Serve as backup to other accounting roles during absences, primarily the AP/AR Accountant activities.

Who are we looking for?

Your experience and hard skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Billing-related functions
• Good knowledge of Belgian GAAP
• Relevant experience in ERP/Accounting software (e.g. Oracle)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with very good Excel knowledge
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of French is considered an asset
