In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable customer experience. Your efforts will be pivotal in cultivating customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service in French and English through various communication channels
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions for customers
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvement
- Stay updated on our products and services to provide informed assistance
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields preferred
