We are now looking for an M&E Sales Specialist to
join our brand team here at Radisson Hotel Brussels Centre Midi.

The M&E Sales Specialist Role

• Supports the smooth running of Meetings & Events taking place in
  the hotel, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered.
  Is the key contact for every event.
•  Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a
  positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
• Delivers on Meeting & Events plans, objectives and initiatives to achieve
  overall hotel targets
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all internal &
  external key stakeholders
•  Delivers effective administrative tasks and reporting
• Support on various commercial & marketing tasks

As M&E Sales Specialist, you will join a hotel team that is
passionate about delivering YIC service where we believe that anything is
possible, whilst having fun in all that we do

Qualities We Are Looking for in our M&E Sales Specialist:

•  Some previous experience in the hotel industry and/or
  meeting & events - sales position is a great asset and advantage
• Excellent social & commercial skills and guest
  oriented
• Hands-on approach, flexibility and lead-by-example work
  style
• Commitment to deliver guest service with a passion for the hospitality
  industry
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
• Is a hunter seeking for new opportunities to enhance
  the overall hotel revenues -thinks out of the box
• Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms including SoMe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluently in French & English. Dutch knowledge is an
  advantage
