Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with 1-4 years of experience to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technology (Salesforce Core Clouds) while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team. While daily coding isn't mandatory, a willingness to dive into code when necessary is highly favourable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in full Salesforce implementations, from initial discovery sessions to post-implementation support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement customized solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and stability of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, addressing any issues or enhancements that arise.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Apex Code - Triggers/Classes should not be foreign to you.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant, Developer 1..
