Are you a Salesforce expert with the perfect balance of commercial drive and delivery expertise? My client is hiring a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in hunting and closing Salesforce projects, while also leading and mentoring delivery teams to ensure exceptional results.
Your Role: 70% Sales | 30% Delivery
As a Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new Salesforce projects with both new and existing clients.
- Positioning and selling value-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Building long-term client relationships, especially at the C-level.
- Coaching and mentoring consultants, helping them grow technically and professionally.
- Overseeing delivery of high-impact Salesforce CRM implementations as a key leader on projects.
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of Salesforce CRM experience within a consulting environment.
- Strong background in sales and business development for Salesforce services.
- Ability to lead and inspire delivery teams and maintain high standards of execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus professional English.
- Based in Belgium with the flexibility to work hybrid (client site + remote).
