Role Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Inspector
to join our growing service team. This is a field-based role, reporting to the Service Manager, and designed to strengthen the quality of technical support offered to our dealers and end customers.

As a
hands-on technical expert
, you will help with machine preparation, setup, field demonstrations, and technical training. You'll work closely with our network of 500+ dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and support contact in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dealers in solving technical problems on our machinery.
• Prepare and set up machines before delivery or demonstration.
• Conduct field demonstrations and adjustments directly on farms.
• Train dealer technicians on how to service and repair our equipment.
• Provide feedback from the field to the service and engineering teams.
• Travel frequently within Belgium, the Netherlands, and occasionally to our factories in Italy or Romania for training.
• Maintain service documentation and input data via company systems.

Candidate Profile

• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery or related equipment.
• Passionate about farming and technology.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive.
• Willing and able to travel regularly and work in diverse environments (fields, workshops, customer sites).
• Ready to learn – we will provide full training on our machinery and systems.
• Computer-literate (basic IT and diagnostic tools).
• Evolution possible toward a combined technical/sales role for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Prior experience in agricultural service, mechanical engineering, or technical field support is a strong plus.
• Flexible mindset and good communication skills.
• Available as soon as possible.
