We are hiring a Guest Relation (Hotel Receptionist) at Martin's Klooster – Leuven

Sitting near the river Dyle,
Martin's Klooster
is a charming hotel that combines

with modern facilities and bespoke services. With its turrets, oak beams, and lattice windows, our hotel offers guests a unique experience where historic charm meets contemporary comfort.

Your mission

As a Guest Relation, you are the face of Martin's Klooster. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out
• Providing information and assistance during their stay
• Managing special requests and handling complaints with care
• Taking room reservations
• Filing invoices and other administrative documents

Your profile

• Welcoming, friendly, and proactive personality
• Strong team spirit
• Fluent in
  French – Dutch – English
  (other languages are a plus)
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an asset
• First experience in a similar role is appreciated
