Marple is a startup based in Antwerp, Belgium. We are a product-focused company, building cool data analysis software for large time series datasets. Our customers are top engineering teams that develop electrical planes, design new electrical motors and make hyperloop a real thing in Europe. We are a young and dynamic team where you can make an impact.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves combining technology with customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our team. You’ll guide them from onboarding to proof-of-concept, support them in migrating to new solutions, and make sure they get maximum value out of our products.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, visiting them on site (= trips all over Europe!), and helping them succeed with our software. At the same time, you’ll actively collect feedback, spot opportunities for renewals and upsells, and bring insights back to our product team.
If you enjoy working with technology, understand the challenges of building a software product, and like building strong long-term relationships, this role is for you.
