Your role

• Draft and review commercial and finance contracts
• Manage corporate governance for Belgian entities and oversee legal housekeeping for global entities in your region
• Advise and manage legal aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings (e.g. incorporations, mergers)
• Support internal stakeholders with day-to-day legal questions
• Handle disputes, litigation, and claims in coordination with external counsel
• Advise the HR team on employment law matters
• Monitor legal developments, assess business impact, and proactively communicate changes

Your profile

• Master's degree in Law and minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law; financial law and/or employment law is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and pragmatic mindset
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Fluent in Dutch and English
