Oversee the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the project Quality Plan, as well as inspection and test plans, ensuring alignment with the client’s specifications.
Interpret and clearly communicate contract quality requirements to project staff and supporting business functions.
Act as the main point of contact for the client on all quality-related matters, ensuring a consistent and professional approach to relationship management, and addressing customer queries or complaints.
Conduct reviews, audits, and monitoring of the Quality Plan and associated procedures, liaising with internal auditing teams as required.
Coordinate the resolution of all quality issues at both Project Management Team and site supervisor levels.
Manage the systematic handover of all quality records to the client on a system-by-system basis.
Drive a structured and efficient approach to systems handover and overall project completion.
Qualification:
Engineering or trade qualification in an electrical discipline.
Experience working on data centre projects is advantageous.
Familiarity with some or all of the following systems: security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment.
Proven experience supervising electrical teams, ideally consisting of 30 or more personnel.
