Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our international team. The role reports directly to the Managing Partner and is central to the day-to-day operations of the company.
You will manage orders, coordinate vendors and logistics, and act as the first point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities
· Register and manage customer orders
· Coordinate orders with vendors and suppliers
· Follow up with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
· Prepare shipping documentation and book shipments
· Resolve operational issues (shipment damage, delays, customer complaints)
· Communicate with customers across different sales channels
· Respond to customer inquiries and prepare price offers
· Coordinate with shop assistants and suppliers
· Support administrative activities (export documents, autofattura, hour registration)
· Align offline and online stock
· Support management of third-party online sales platforms
Requirements
· Very good English (written and spoken)
· Good working knowledge of Italian
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Structured and detail-oriented approach
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus
