Now Hiring: Emergency Response Operatives (x3) – Belgium

Start Date: 3rd November 2025

We are seeking three qualified and experienced Emergency Response Operatives to join our team on a full-time, construction project in Belgium.

15-month contract with strong potential for continuation or transfer to another project

Lead and manage Emergency Response Teams (ERT) on a remote construction site

Requirements:

• EU citizenship or valid work authorisation in Belgium

• Recognised medical qualifications such as:

• Paramedic (HCPC or EU recognised equivalent)

• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• Registered Nurse with emergency or trauma experience
• Military medic CMT 1 with Offshore Medic qualification

• FREC (First Response Emergency Care) qualifications considered with relevant experience

• Copies of medical qualifications must be provide

• Relevant experience in emergency care, site-based or pre-hospital setting

• Health & Safety qualification – at a minimum, a one-day construction H&S certificate is required (e.g., CSCS, VCA, SOLAS or equivalent)

These are non-rotational, full-time Emergency Response roles, suited for professionals seeking long-term career progression, international experience and the opportunity to support major global projects.
