To support the purchase department of one of our clients, MeoGroup is requesting a service for operational support.
The service will be responsible/managing the following service expectations:
Administrative service within the purchasing department.
Strict follow-up of the purchasing process and the creation of purchase orders within the deadline
Support the internal customer & suppliers regarding the purchase orders on SAP and the Ariba network
Creation/modification/adaptation of purchase orders in SAP in different purchasing groups.
Creation and follow-up of contracts in SAP
Process optimization and collaboration with Excellence team
Medior or Senior experience or Interest in logistic or purchasing processes
Good practice of SAP MM and Microsoft applications
Knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or administrative field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the purchasing process is essential
Team player and willing to assist other team members when necessary
French or Dutch mother tongue, good knowledge of the other national language. Very good knowledge of English.
