Production Planner

Production Planner / Scheduler – (Flanders region)

Do you thrive in fast-paced supply chain environments where your decisions have an immediate impact on production? We are looking for a Production Planner / Scheduler to join the supply chain team of a leading international player in the food industry.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and adjust the production plan over a multi-week horizon.
• React quickly to unexpected events and update the plan several times a day when needed.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and stock to secure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate closely with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain optimal flows.
• Manage orders and reporting in SAP / OMP, with heavy use of advanced Excel (macros).
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply or production planning.
• Strong command of SAP and Excel (OMP knowledge is a plus).
• Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to defend your position.
• Analytical, agile, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.
• On-site presence required 5/5 (homeworking very limited).
