As a Strategic Buyer, you will support cross-functional teams and ensure optimal supplier performance, while contributing to long-term sourcing strategies and project success.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Shape procurement strategies with business and category input.
• Drive sourcing & negotiations for optimal value and alignment.
• Manage supplier performance, risks, and compliance.
• Ensure process adherence and support purchasing when needed.
• Align suppliers with project needs and timelines.

🎯 Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business
• Proven experience in a technical or industrial procurement environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a strategic mindset
• Ability to manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
