Freelance Mission – Educational Engineer & Training Expert (CRM / Change Management)

We are looking for an experienced Educational Engineer & Training Expert to support a large-scale digital transformation program in the public sector.

The mission focuses on the deployment of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM that will unify practices in user relationship management (jobseekers, companies, partners). With more than 1,200 agents to be trained, the challenge is both strategic and operational: ensuring smooth adoption, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Define the training and deployment strategy in close collaboration with the Change team and the internal Academy
• Design pedagogical content with a mix-learning approach (classroom, e-learning, practical workshops)
• Deliver a train-the-trainers program to scale knowledge across the organization
• Support change adoption by aligning training with business practices and project objectives
• Guarantee rapid, coherent, and effective appropriation of the new CRM by a large user base

Your profile:

• Proven expertise in educational engineering and custom training design
• Hands-on experience with CRM training projects, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Skilled in mix-learning design, training project management, and user adoption in large organizations
• Strong ability to train the trainers and coach teams
• Native or excellent command of French
