We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Manager to lead its boutique in Antwerp. This role offers the opportunity to work within a luxury retail environment defined by craftsmanship, attention to detail, and elevated client experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the boutique, ensuring exceptional client service, strong commercial results, and operational excellence in line with luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Representation

• Deliver a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Represent the business with professionalism and discretion

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Drive store sales and achievement of commercial objectives

• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to optimise performance

• Ensure strong product knowledge across the team

Boutique Standards & Operations

• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards

• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail guidelines

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing retail team

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training

• Foster a positive, professional, and service-led culture

Profile

• Experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within luxury, premium, or high-end retail

• Strong leadership and commercial skills

• Client-focused mindset with a refined service approach

• Detail-oriented, organised, and composed

• Flexible availability, including weekends
