Turn up the volume on how Loop grows

As manager talent acquisition at Loop, you are right in the middle of how we scale. You turn growth ambition into real teams and make sure the people we hire today can carry Loop forward tomorrow. This is not a role on the sidelines. Your impact shows up in the quality of hires, the confidence of hiring managers and the culture we protect while moving fast. You lead our talent acquisition team of two senior recruiters, work closely with external RPO partners, and stay hands on where it matters. You build strong relationships across the business, bring clarity to what teams really need and raise the bar without slowing things down.

Make hiring feel unmistakably Loop

With a brand new EVP and career page coming up, you set the tone for how Loop shows up in the market. From first touch to signed offer, hiring should feel sharp, human and honest. You own our hiring approach end to end and use Ashby to create insight and structure, not bureaucracy. You partner closely with employer branding and recruitment marketing, keep candidate experience high and make sure speed and quality reinforce each other. You help us mature how we hire while keeping it playful, direct and true to who we are.

All in on building, growing and doing the work

This role is for someone who likes to build while running. You coach and develop the team, but you also recruit yourself. You know when to challenge, when to support and when to push. You bring experience from fast growing environments, a strong point of view on hiring and a deep belief that people make the difference. You care about culture and results in equal measure and you want the freedom to shape your path while being fully all in with the team.

We are looking for someone who
  • Has solid experience in talent acquisition within fast growing or scaling environments
  • Is comfortable leading a team while staying hands on in critical hires
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and knows when to challenge them
  • Cares deeply about quality, culture and outcomes and uses data and judgment to balance speed and impact
