Digital Marketing Lead

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Boom, Antwerp, Belgium

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition and retention across our two brands: Live Light and Re-loved by Ethnicraft. This is a full-stack marketing role - strategy meets execution - where you’ll run digital campaigns, curate content, build community, and constantly optimize performance. You’ll work closely with the management team to grow brand visibility and impact.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate B2B and B2C marketing campaigns (SEA, META, and beyond) with the help of our ad specialists.
• Create and manage email newsletters, from concept to send.
• Plan and schedule social media content across key platforms.
• Coordinate content creation and curation: from on-site and internal photo shoots to video briefings and UGC.
• Collaborate with content creators and brand partners.
• Track, report, and optimize performance based on key KPIs.
• Continuously improve website performance - SEO, UX, and conversion.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on startup.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms .
• Excellent written English and Dutch. French is a plus.
• A keen interest in interior design and sustainability.
• Bonus: graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Lightroom ).
