Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and French.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and provide clear solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with technical support and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
