To support our expanding international sales effort, we are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If you're a go-getter with a keen interest in media, tech, and scalable outreach, this is your chance to get in at the top of the funnel — and make a real impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will operate at the frontline of our sales process. Your mission is to identify and engage high-potential prospects and deliver sales qualified leads (SQLs) to our Account Executives.
Tasks include:
- Build and maintain prospect lists based on market research and target profiles.
- Set up and run scalable outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone, and virtual events to schedule discovery calls.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to fine-tune messaging and identify strategic segments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Qualifications & SkillsWe’re not asking for 10 years of experience, but we are looking for someone hungry, sharp, and resourceful.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude. You see an opportunity and go after it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re confident talking to decision-makers.
- Organised and disciplined. You know how to manage your pipeline and follow up.
- Data-driven mindset. You track what works and optimise for results.
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, SalesNavigator, and other outreach automation platforms.
Education & Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in business, marketing, communication or media.
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, marketing or sales-related role is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Other languages, especially French, are a bonus.
- Must be based in Belgium and willing to travel occasionally.
