Conversation Designer and Content Specialist


Location: Brussels (hybrid – 50% on-site / 50% remote)

We are looking for an experienced Conversation Designer & Content Specialist to design and manage engaging, user-centric chatbot experiences that combine conversation design, copywriting, content management, and testing.

The goal is to deliver seamless, intuitive, and empathetic chatbot conversations that support users across multiple languages and align with business goals, brand identity, and compliance standards.

  • Responsibilities
    Design conversation flows that cover both happy paths and edge cases.
  • Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand chatbot microcopy.
  • Structure and manage chatbot content for reusability and scalability across Dutch, French, and English.
  • Ensure tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity in all chatbot replies.
  • Collaborate with legal, customer service, and business stakeholders to align conversation design with policies and needs.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot analytics to improve flows and copy.
  • Iterate based on user insights, success rates, and conversation breakdowns.
  • Maintain a style guide and content library to ensure consistency.
  • Work with localization and translation partners for multilingual delivery.
  • Contribute to best practices, design patterns, and testing routines with other conversation designers.

ProfileCraft skills (hard skills)

  • Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design (portfolio required).
  • Understanding of conversation flow design, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human–AI interaction principles.
  • Strong multilingual writing skills: French (excellent), Dutch (B2/C1+), English (B1/B2+).
  • Ability to structure/manage content for scalability and reuse.
  • Experience in testing and optimizing chatbot conversations using analytics and user feedback.
  • Comfortable with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow, etc.) and content management platforms.
  • Professional attributes (soft skills)
