For a Law Firm in Antwerp, LegalUp Talents is looking for a Tax Partner, speaking fluently Dutch & English.
Our client is a leading law firm at the forefront of legal innovation, founded few years ago and already counting around 25 people.
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Partner to launch & develop the Tax practice of the firm in Antwerp.
The clients of the firm are mainly start up & scale up, investors, business angel, venture capitalist, active in the tech & innovation sectors.
As a key member of the firm, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive corporate tax advisory services, contributing to the success of the clients.
Responsibilities
Establishing a strong Tax team, in symbiosis with the pre-existing corporate team
Tax structuring and advice for M&A and private equity transactions
Providing tax advice with respect to the design of compensation & benefit packages
Tax structuring of venture capital & private equity funds, including the preparation and filing of tax rulings
Must Have
Master in Belgian Law
As from 9 years' experience as Tax Lawyer
In (international) Corporate Tax, tax structuring for M&A and private equity transactions and/or compensation & benefit packages
Dutch & English Fluent
Ambitious mindset to expand expertise in the fiscal structuring of venture capital and private equity funds
Nice to have
French knowledge
Complementary master in Tax
