We entrust you as our Senior People & Culture Officer
to drive growth and account successes.

What will you do?
Support in all-round people and culture services ranging from recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and daily operations.
Participate in the recruitment and selection process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new join
Administer all personnel and training records; maintain proper documentation of all movement records
Maintain employee relations by actively participating and organizing activities.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
You will be the key to people & culture success by bringing in the right people and help them grow in a way that strengthens both the culture and the business.
What do we seek in you?
Possess 3-5 years of premium hotel experience
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Strong team spirit, confident, responsible and with good interpersonal skills
Less experienced candidates will be considered as People & Culture Officer
