Freelance Data Platform Engineer

Our client is on a mission to make data truly transformational. To achieve this, they are looking for a Freelance Data Platform Engineer to support their transition!

THE MISSION

As a Data Platform Engineer, you will support the Data & Analytics team by engaging proactively with the business to explore opportunities for leveraging data, improve data usage, and enhance data literacy across departments. You will help the business gain clarity and control over the data they use, challenge existing assumptions where needed, and refine definitions and processes to ensure data is optimally utilized. Additionally, you will coach teams to independently manage and maintain these insights over time.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience with Python, Cloud environment
• 3+ years of experience building data pipelines
• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or Architect within networking, security, ERP, ECM, BI, datawarehousing, ...
• You feel at home working in multidisciplinary teams and coaching them
• Fluent in Dutch and English
