Direct Sales Manager

At LaCAR, we are advancing health and improving lives. As a Direct Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive direct sales growth in mostly in Europe.

You will be responsible for training and coaching the team presenting, promoting and selling the company's products and services to existing and potential customers. You will ensure the success of the Direct Sales Team and be leading the Direct department by increasing strongly the turnover every year. You will travel up to 40 % of your time.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6 Account Managers.

·        Driving commercial performance: monitoring KPIs, reporting, and optimizing sales processes.

·        Creating a performance-driven, collaborative team culture.

·        Ensuring excellent execution across the full sales cycle (prospecting, closing, client retention).

·        Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and other internal teams.

·        You are goal-oriented and driven by results.

·        You demonstrate proactivity, structure, and a collaborative mindset.

·        5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a related field.

·        A customer-first mindset, always seeking to improve relationships and create opportunities.

·        You have a real passion for helping others grow and succeed.

·        You have a strong sales fundamentals and CRM proficiency.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

·        Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).

·        Ability to understand scientific concepts (or eager to learn!).
