IAM System Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer to join the Infra/IAM team within the Group Technology Department of a leading international organisation. This role is focused on supporting IT transformation and cloud migration initiatives across multiple countries. As a System Engineer, you'll play a key role in modernising the Microsoft cloud environment, transitioning authentication methods from ADFS to Entra ID SSO, and merging PKI environments. You'll also support M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations to improve overall security and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support international IT migration projects, including M365 tenant consolidations
• Transition legacy ADFS authentication to Microsoft Entra ID SSO within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Merge Microsoft Certificate Authority (MS CA) PKI environments and manage certificate replacements
• Manage daily M365 operations: user access, license management, Teams, file permissions
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across infrastructure and IAM-related topics
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to deliver long-term strategic objectives

Requirements

• Strong expertise in on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Experience with ADFS and Microsoft Certificate Authority (MS CA)
• Solid understanding of certificate-based authentication systems
• Bonus: experience with email routing and security standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Bonus: hands-on involvement in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
