About The Team
The Product Marketing function sits within the Product Strategy team. It plays a critical role in transforming product strategy and decisions into externally resonant reasons to believe. Ensures our products are not only well-designed, but also well understood by the people we serve.
About The Role
LOJEL is looking for a detail-driven, strategic, and globally minded Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team at our Hong Kong HQ. You'll support the team in defining how our products are positioned and understood, ensuring that what we bring to market communicates its value with clarity and confidence.
You'll work cross-functionally, enabling us to ensure product decisions and strategies are communicated and implemented in ways that support the success of our products. You'll spearhead Go-To-Market coordination and project management in close collaboration with Brand Experience team. This is an ideal role for someone with strong product instincts and genuine interest in what makes people tick. You should be exceptionally organized and showcase great communication skills with a natural affinity in project management. Experience in project management tools are strongly preferred.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, communicative and skilled at translating product vision into clear, meaningful communication and implementing across consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Define and craft positioning and messaging for key product lines.
Lead end-to-end GTM across channels and teams.
Translate strategy into briefs, toolkits, and launch playbooks.
Partner with Digital and Retail to improve PDPs, in-store storytelling, and lifecycle content.
Gather insights, track launch performance, and drive iteration.
Enable internal teams with clear, confident product narratives.
Your Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or GTM strategy within retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods
Proven ability to translate product features and design intent into compelling, customer-centric messaging and narrative frameworks
Strong project management skills with experience leading end-to-end product launches across multiple channels and regions; proficiency in project management tools strongly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building toolkits, briefs, and playbooks that equip cross-functional and regional teamsData-curious and insights-driven; able to synthesize research, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine positioning and inform strategy
Highly collaborative, proactive, and organized; comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Digital, and Commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of ESG and sustainability-related matters, with the ability to communicate product features and brand values in a way that is aligned and authentic
