Responsibilities:
- Support Dutch/French customers via phone, email & chat
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Resolve inquiries with empathy & professionalism
- Keep records updated & follow escalation procedures
- Meet performance goals (quality, satisfaction, productivity)
Requirements:
- Dutch/French native/near-native + English B2+
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- PC & CRM knowledge
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
