2 weeks (fully paid)

Responsibilities:

  • Support Dutch/French customers via phone, email & chat
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Resolve inquiries with empathy & professionalism
  • Keep records updated & follow escalation procedures
  • Meet performance goals (quality, satisfaction, productivity)

Requirements:

  • Dutch/French native/near-native + English B2+
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • PC & CRM knowledge
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
