Our platform automates the discovery and analysis of political and regulatory developments, helping organizations navigate increasingly complex policymaking environments. We’re early-stage, agile, and ambitious—with a clear product vision and paying customers.

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development to join us at a pivotal time. You’ll help shape and build the core of our product while growing under the mentorship of an experienced external development team acting as our interim CTO.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain key features of the Lanzcape platform

• Focus on backend services, data processing, and API integration

• Contribute to our front end using Vue.js and TypeScript

• Help automate deployment and CI/CD workflows

• Work in a Scrum environment with our external product and dev team

• Learn fast and contribute to improving the architecture and codebase

What We're Looking For

You don’t need to know everything—but you should be eager, smart, and ready to grow fast. Ideally, you bring experience or strong interest in:

• Python & Django

 • PostgreSQL (or similar RDBMS)

 • Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines)

 • AWS or other cloud platforms

 • REST APIs and back-end systems

 • Fluent English communication

In addition, the following would strengthen your candidacy:

• Vue.js & TypeScript

 • Docker, Ansible, deployment automation

 • Web scraping frameworks (e.g., Scrapy)

 • Familiarity with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
