Our client based in Belgium are looking for an ITIL SME to be on site 5 days per week in Brussels on an initial 12 month contract with long term extensions. Please note candidates would need to be eligible to go through an EU Secret Clearance.

Job Details:

The client is looking for someone who has ITIL Expert certificate or above.
Candidates should be practising the ITIL implementation, and imply it to the project from scratch, and its application on to service centre.
Experience should be in incident/problem management and also responsible for ITSM.
Any project management experience and certificate is also required.
