Endpoint Engineer

Our client based in Brussels is looking for a skilled Endpoint Engineer to join the team working with EU Institutions. This is a contract/freelance role initially until the end of the year with strong possibility of yearly extensions.

This role is based 5 days per week on site in Brussels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Experience in Endpoint engineering in large and complex projects providing solution design services in line wit organisational objectives and business.
• Design, implement, test and document Endpoints (all client unit types and multi function printers) while following standards and procedures.
• Create and update existing OS image for client.
• Configure and test profiles for provisioning endpoints.
• Develop, maintain and improve the full build process including environment procedures and scripting, meeting standards of security and governance teams.
• Create and maintain deployment packages.
• Print server management.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support and assistance (diagnose and resolve issues)
• Determine and maintain software upgrades and patch installs.
• Assists the solution architect in the architecture design and definition.
• Writes documentation related to design, installation, configurations of systems parts related.
• Defining and documenting standard operating procedures.
• Work with management team to manage expectations, deliverables and satisfactions.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree
