For a major player in the life insurance sector, we are looking for a Life Insurance Business Analyst to strengthen its Transformation team. Life insurance portfolio migration To analyse regulatory and business changes impacting life insurance activities, assess their impact on processes, systems, and calculations , define and formalize business requirements, and support implementation through testing and monitoring activities. Business Analysis & Requirements Analyse new laws and regulatory changes impacting life insurance activities. Identify impacts on products, processes, and IT systems. Define and document business requirements in line with established quality standards. Ensure a shared understanding of requirements between Business and IT stakeholders. Testing Prepare and execute process and calculation tests. Validate solutions against defined business and regulatory requirements. Act as an intermediary between Business, IT, Operations, Distribution, and other stakeholders. Strong knowledge of life insurance products and processes (mandatory). Proven experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in regulated environments. Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector. Familiarity with at least one standard business or process analysis methodology . University degree in Mathematics, Business Analysis, Data Analysis or equivalent experience. Languages Fluent in English . Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is required. Personal Qualities Strong commitment to quality and deadlines; Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with actuaries, IT specialists, and management.
