Customer Service Officer English - German (Weekend) Functieomschrijving Do you speak English and German? Do you enjoy social contact, helping people, solving problems and working in a multicultural environment? Then we have the perfect job for you! For our client in Hasselt, we are looking for a customer service representative with a good knowledge of English and German. As a customer service representative, you will work on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 21:00, and on Monday from 09:00 to 17:30. Your main tasks include: - Answering phone calls and emails: responding to questions from customers and involved parties - Gathering information and checking it for accuracy and completeness - Providing technical support and communicating with workshops - Keeping customers and all other involved parties informed - Monitoring and verifying agreements with all involved parties - Following up on all contract-related matters within the agreed deadlines Profiel - Speaks fluent English and German - Is customer-friendly and communicativeµ - Has good PC skills Aanbod - A pleasant job in a traffic-free working environment - Working in Hasselt, easily accessible by public transport - You work 3 days, but this is considered a full-time contract.
