Key Responsibility:
1.
Head Belgium Operation and Responsible for overall growth of the company.

As a director, he/she will be representing Koinworx Belgium BV
3. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the agency's recruitment strategy to meet business objectives, including market expansion and revenue growth.
4.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with technology firms and expanding the agency's client portfolio.
5.Recruitment Operations:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6.
She/he would be responsible for getting requirements from the customer to fulfillment of demands( Searching, proposing, arranging interview, once selected - onboarding and invoicing)
7.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their IT hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
1.
Must have experience in IT recruitment business in Belgium
2.
Well versed in searching local suitable profiles to meet customer demands in Belgium.
3.
Good communication skills. Good communication is a must- this job requires lots of communication with customers and candidates.
4.
Must be eligible to work in Belgium, We will not provide sponsorship.
