**Freelance** HCM Functional Oracle Cloud Consultant - Brussels - 50% Remote / 100% Remote

About the Role:

We seek an experienced HCM Functional Cloud Consultant to optimise HCM systems for secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and optimize HCM Cloud solutions.
• Provide 2nd line support in a functional role
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar
• 2nd line support experience
• Strong HR process knowledge (payroll, talent management, workforce planning).
• Experience with system integration, reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Active NATO Clearance is a big bonus

If you do not have NATO Clearance - we can offer the role 100% remote but you must hold nationality of a NATO country.
