Location: Hong Kong Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week) Contract Duration: 12 months Reports to: RSHK Sales Team, HK Position Summary To support the Sales team in daily commercial activities, customer coordination, and sales administration, while gaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales operations, reporting, and market analysis. Responsibilities: Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals Support daily sales administration activities, including order tracking, quotation preparation, and CRM data updates Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases, sales pipelines, and forecasting files Support coordination with internal functions (e.g. Operations, Logistics, After Sales) to ensure smooth order processing and customer follow-up Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and basic data analysis to support sales planning and strategy Help prepare materials for customer meetings, internal reviews, and management reports Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for sales records and correspondence Provide general administrative support to the Sales team Support ad hoc assignments and projects as required Requirements: University students majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Self-motivated, willing to learn and accept challenges with positive attitude Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) Personal Data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
